Pat was always loving,kind generous and brutally honest with me. I will always remember being in the Lake district with Pat and Mick, and even though Mick got our walk distance wrong by some 10 miles, cold wet and tired ,although all around her were extremely grumpy, Pat still had a smile on her face and a cup of tea for all !

I will also fondly remember Pats culinary skills, and especially her Trifles ,very multi coloured loads of cream and custard, but always with the texture of an engineering brick.

You were a wonderful lady !
